Implementation of the second part of the training workshop on Leading to a Culture of Democracy, 2 &3 June 2016

CRTD.A organized on June 2 and 3 the second part of its workshop entitled “Leading to a Culture of Democracy”. The event was held at the WLP premises and targeted women leaders and members in the Nationality Campaign Steering Committee. During this time, participants built their capacities through exercises focusing on prevailing political, social and economic cultures, democratic participation, women’s participation in politics, democratic dialogue and how to uphold rights and common interests. Other topics included citizenship in a culture of democracy, adopting diversity, road maps for change, building alliances and developing a common vision. As per usual, this initiative is part of the on-going partnership with the Women learning Partnership which seeks to local and organizational capacities in participatory leadership.
